Secret Diary Fears

March 7th, 2008

Kate fears her diary will be stolen, because the contents make her sound “like a weirdo”. She records her private thoughts as well as new songs in her secret diary, which she takes everywhere with her. But Nash is terrified someone will pilfer her personal tome and reveal her innermost thoughts. Kate says, “I’ve learnt to write without music and I’ve learnt to write in the van while I’m traveling. Whether it’s prose, monologues, ideas, whatever - I just write loads of stuff. If someone finds my diary, through, they’ll think I’m a right weirdo. I think I should start leaving it at home as it’s getting a bit dangerous now.”
